The InterForce Ambassador Corps has now been established in all six InterForce regions. At the time of writing, the corps consists of 39 officers or non-commissioned officers from the Reserve and the Home Guard respectively - collectively referred to as the Reserve Forces.

In week 42 of 2018, representatives from the Ambassador Corps met for the first time at a 12-12 seminar in Kolding. “One of the goals was, among other things, for us to meet face to face for the first time and to be given some common guidelines and standards for the future work. It is important that the ambassadors move in the same direction when they approach partner companies with information and advisory support,” says Axel G. Kristiansen, who in 2017 was appointed as a permanently affiliated reserve officer at the InterForce Secretariat to establish ambassador corps in the six regions.

The tasks of the InterForce ambassadors are partly to seek out new companies and partly to re-establish contact and boost awareness and engagement among companies that have already been part of InterForce for a number of years. The ambassadors’ role may also be of a supportive and informative nature in relation to specific questions or issues.
