5 good advice for the conversation with your company

Here are 5 useful tips for approaching the conversation.
1) Learn about the InterForce membership options
InterForce offers companies two types of membership: they can become member companies or supporting companies.
Member companies commit to being flexible in allowing you time off for service. Supporting companies additionally provide at least 5 paid days off per year for service.

2) Look at the list of member and supporting companies
Perhaps there are other companies in your industry that are already member or supporting companies. This can help convince your manager that your company should be as well. Se listen her.

Highlight the skills you gain through service, which benefit the company. And emphasize that we all share a responsibility to support the Kingdom’s Defence and national preparedness in uncertain times.
