En kr\u00e6vende disciplin, hvor erfaringsudveksling mellem civile og milit\u00e6re ledere skaber stor gensidig v\u00e6rdi.<\/p>\n\n      <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<div class=\"block core-block core-block--paragraph\">\n      <div class=\"inner inner--small\">\n      \n<p>Oberst Peer Sander Rouff, milit\u00e6r koordinator for InterForce Region Hovedstaden, b\u00f8d velkommen til arrangementet, hvorefter Kristian Paugan fra InterForce Region Hovedstaden ledte deltagerne gennem en l\u00e6rerig eftermiddag og aften.<\/p>\n\n      <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<div class=\"block core-block core-block--paragraph\">\n      <div class=\"inner inner--small\">\n      \n<p><strong>En milit\u00e6r ledelsesrejse<\/strong><\/p>\n\n      <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<div class=\"block core-block core-block--paragraph\">\n      <div class=\"inner inner--small\">\n      \n<p>Det milit\u00e6re opl\u00e6g blev holdt af oberstl\u00f8jtnant Claus Rohde, chef for H\u00e6rhjemmev\u00e6rnsdistrikt K\u00f8benhavn. Gennem en r\u00e6kke personlige nedslag i sin milit\u00e6re karriere tog han deltagerne igennem den ledelsesm\u00e6ssige rejse og personlige udvikling. En rejse, han har v\u00e6ret igennem som ung sergent, i sine f\u00f8rste chefstillinger og senere i Forsvarsministeriets Personalestyrelse, internationale missioner og som operativ chef. Han delte sin imponerende karrierevej \u2013 fra flaskedreng og kasseassistent til butikschef og nu regionschef. Er den formet af virksomheden, eller skaber du den selv? Hvilke redskaber fra din uddannelse bringer du i spil?<\/li>\n\n      <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"block core-block core-block--list-item\">\n      <div class=\"inner inner--small\">\n      \n<li>Hvordan h\u00e5ndterer du en sv\u00e6r samtale med en medarbejder? Hvilken rolle spiller alder, erfaring eller k\u00f8n?<\/li>\n\n      <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<\/ul>\n\n      <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<div class=\"block core-block core-block--paragraph\">\n      <div class=\"inner inner--small\">\n      \n<p>Diskussionerne i grupperne var pr\u00e6get af stor \u00e5benhed og \u00e6rlighed, hvilket gav alle deltagerne v\u00e6rdifulde indsigter at tage med hjem.
