Det er, hvad InterForces st\u00f8ttevirksomheder i Region Syddanmark kan se frem til efter regionens ambassad\u00f8rordning blev en realitet i august 2018. <\/p>\n\n      <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<div class=\"block core-block core-block--paragraph\">\n      <div class=\"inner inner--small\">\n      \n<p>\u00bbDet er i hvert fald m\u00e5ls\u00e6tningen. Nogle\nvirksomheder vil m\u00e5ske mene, det er for ofte, og det m\u00e5 vi s\u00e5 lytte til, men\nambitionen er, at vi skal bes\u00f8ge InterForce-virksomhederne i regionen en gang\nhvert andet \u00e5r.\u00ab<\/p>\n\n      <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<div class=\"block core-block core-block--paragraph\">\n      <div class=\"inner inner--small\">\n      \n<p>Det siger Steen J\u00f8rgensen, der er\nadvokat og partner i Trolle Advokatfirma, som har omkring 50 ansatte fordelt p\u00e5\nafdelinger i Fredericia, Middelfart, Kolding, Vejle og K\u00f8benhavn. <\/p>\n\n      <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<div class=\"block core-block core-block--paragraph\">\n      <div class=\"inner inner--small\">\n      \n<p>Steen J\u00f8rgensen har\nm\u00f8deret for H\u00f8jesteret og har prim\u00e6rt sin specialisering inden for erhvervsret.\nSiden 1993 har han tillige v\u00e6ret reserveofficer, og da han fik tilbuddet om at\nblive tilknyttet InterForces regionale ambassad\u00f8rkorps, var han ikke l\u00e6nge om\nat bet\u00e6nke sig. <\/p>\n\n      <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<div class=\"block core-block core-block--paragraph\">\n      <div class=\"inner inner--small\">\n      \n<p>\u00bbDet ville jeg selvf\u00f8lgelig gerne, for\ndet er en vigtig opgave. Jeg har selv v\u00e6ret reserveofficer i mange \u00e5r \u2013 ogs\u00e5\nf\u00f8r jeg blev indehaver og partner. S\u00e5 selv om det ikke har v\u00e6ret et konkret\nproblem for mig at f\u00e5 fri til tjeneste i Forsvaret, ved jeg jo godt, at det kan\nv\u00e6re en udfordring for andre at f\u00e5 fri til milit\u00e6rtjeneste fra arbejdsgiveren,\u00ab\nsiger Steen J\u00f8rgensen. <\/p>\n\n      <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<div class=\"block core-block core-block--paragraph\">\n      <div class=\"inner inner--small\">\n      \n<p><strong>Bes\u00f8g hos s\u00e5vel nye som \u201dgamle\u201d virksomheder<\/strong><\/p>\n\n      <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<div class=\"block core-block core-block--paragraph\">\n      <div class=\"inner inner--small\">\n      \n<p>Han er en af i alt seks\nambassad\u00f8rer i InterForce Region Syddanmark. Alle er de reserveofficerer, som\nhar sagt ja til ambassad\u00f8rhvervet ved siden af deres tilknytning til deres\nhidtidige milit\u00e6re enhed som reserveofficer. <\/p>\n\n      <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<div class=\"block core-block core-block--paragraph\">\n      <div class=\"inner inner--small\">\n      \n<p>\u00bbI Region Syddanmark tager \u00e9n ambassad\u00f8r\nsig af kontakt til alle borgmestrene p\u00e5 Fyn, mens andre tager sig af bestemte\ngeografiske omr\u00e5der. Nogle af de virksomheder, jeg skal samarbejde med, kender\njeg allerede, s\u00e5 dem tager jeg bare fat i, fordi her ved jeg, hvem jeg skal\ntale med. Og s\u00e5 er dialogen etableret,\u00ab siger Steen J\u00f8rgensen.<\/p>\n\n      <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<div class=\"block core-block core-block--paragraph\">\n      <div class=\"inner inner--small\">\n      \n<p>Han har allerede bes\u00f8gt en halv snes\nvirksomheder, hvoriblandt nogle er ukendte med InterForce, mens andre har v\u00e6ret\nmedlemmer i en \u00e5rr\u00e6kke.<\/p>\n\n      <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<div class=\"block core-block core-block--paragraph\">\n      <div class=\"inner inner--small\">\n      \n<p>\u00bbI Region\nSyddanmark er det vores m\u00e5l at bes\u00f8ge alle nuv\u00e6rende medlemsvirksomheder inden\nfor en to-\u00e5rig periode. Og hvis der er nogen, vi identificerer, som vi ikke har\ni kartoteket, men de burde v\u00e6re der, s\u00e5 ops\u00f8ger vi ogs\u00e5 dem. S\u00e5 det er en\nblanding af nogle, der har sagt, at de gerne vil v\u00e6re med, og virksomheder der\nikke har v\u00e6ret med i InterForce f\u00f8r,\u00ab fort\u00e6ller Steen J\u00f8rgensen.<\/p>\n\n      <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<div class=\"block core-block core-block--paragraph\">\n      <div class=\"inner inner--small\">\n      \n<p>Hans seneste kontakt var hos\nlydpotte-producenten Dinex i Middelfart. Virksomheden har godt 1.500 ansatte p\u00e5\nverdensplan og meldte sig ind i Inter-<br>\nForce efter Steen J\u00f8rgensens bes\u00f8g. Og netop kombinationen af at hverve nye\nvirksomheder og fastholde \u00e6ldre medlemskaber via peronlig kontakt er hele ideen\nbag ambassad\u00f8rordningen, som fra centralt hold blev lanceret ved indgangen til\n2018. <\/p>\n\n      <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<div class=\"block core-block core-block--paragraph\">\n      <div class=\"inner inner--small\">\n      \n<p>P\u00e5 landsplan er der i skrivende stund\nudpeget 35 InterForce-ambassad\u00f8rer, og if\u00f8lge Steen J\u00f8rgensen er der i h\u00f8j grad\nbrug for et direkte link mellem InterForce og medlemsvirksomhederne. <\/p>\n\n      <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<div class=\"block core-block core-block--paragraph\">\n      <div class=\"inner inner--small\">\n      \n<p><strong>Ny mand i direkt\u00f8rstolen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n      <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<div class=\"block core-block core-block--paragraph\">\n      <div class=\"inner inner--small\">\n      \n<p>\u00bbNogle\nst\u00f8ttevirksomheder kender ikke til InterForce, og n\u00e5r vi forklarer, at det har\nnoget med forsvaret at g\u00f8re, lyder det tit: Forsvaret? Det kender vi ikke noget\ntil. Det viser sig s\u00e5 ofte, at der har v\u00e6ret en direkt\u00f8r for flere \u00e5r siden,\nsom meldte virksomheden til InterForce, men som ikke er der mere. Og s\u00e5 m\u00e5 man\njo forklare det fra bunden. Heldigvis vil langt de fleste gerne h\u00f8re mere om\nInterForce over en kop kaffe,\u00ab fort\u00e6ller Steen J\u00f8rgensen.<\/p>\n\n      <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<div class=\"block core-block core-block--paragraph\">\n      <div class=\"inner inner--small\">\n      \n<p>Ud over ambassad\u00f8r-hvervet bruger han\nselv to-tre uger i uniform om \u00e5ret. Han var blandt andet i 14 dage med p\u00e5 den\nstore NATO-\u00f8velse Trident Juncture i Norge sidste \u00e5r. <\/p>\n\n      <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<div class=\"block core-block core-block--paragraph\">\n      <div class=\"inner inner--small\">\n      \n<p>\u00bbJeg har ikke problemer med min\narbejdsgiver, da jeg som partner er min egen arbejdsgiver. Men omvendt har jeg\nnogle partnerkollegaer som kr\u00e6ver, at vi har vores fulde opm\u00e6rksomhed p\u00e5\nvirksomheden. S\u00e5 hvis jeg m\u00e5tte have behov for at v\u00e6re v\u00e6k i l\u00e6ngere tid, er\ndet noget, jeg dr\u00f8fter med mine partnere og kolleger,\u00ab siger Steen J\u00f8rgensen.<\/p>\n\n      <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<div class=\"block core-block core-block--paragraph\">\n      <div class=\"inner inner--small\">\n      \n<p>Han mener, at alle organisationer har\ngodt af at indse, at uanset hvor vigtige, man selv synes, man er, s\u00e5 er ingen\nuundv\u00e6rlige. <\/p>\n\n      <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<div class=\"block core-block core-block--paragraph\">\n      <div class=\"inner inner--small\">\n      \n<p>\u00bbSelvom jeg har\nsv\u00e6rt ved at forestille mig, at min virksomhed kan k\u00f8re videre uden, at jeg er\ntil stede, ja, s\u00e5 plejer det at g\u00e5 ganske fint alligevel, selvom jeg var v\u00e6k et\npar uger. Og i bund og grund tror jeg, at det er sundt for en organisation ogs\u00e5\nat kunne undv\u00e6re en medarbejder i perioder. Vi har jo ogs\u00e5 medarbejdere, der er\nv\u00e6k til kurser, p\u00e5 barsel eller strafferetsadvokater, der sidder 35 dage i\nretten. En virksomhed af en vis st\u00f8rrelse skal kunne t\u00e5le de skvulp, der\nopst\u00e5r, n\u00e5r man tr\u00e6kker ressourcer ind og ud af systemet,\u00ab siger Steen\nJ\u00f8rgensen. <\/p>\n\n      <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<div class=\"block core-block core-block--paragraph\">\n      <div class=\"inner inner--small\">\n      \n<p><strong>Soldater l\u00e6gger en plan \u2013 og f\u00e5r opgaven l\u00f8st<\/strong><\/p>\n\n      <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<div class=\"block core-block core-block--paragraph\">\n      <div class=\"inner inner--small\">\n      \n<p>Ud over at pege p\u00e5\nproblematikken omkring frihed og fleksibilitet over for virksomhedernes\nmedarbejdere med tilknytning til Reservestyrken \u2013 dvs. Forsvarets Reserve og\nHjemmev\u00e6rnet \u2013 mener Steen J\u00f8rgensen, at der ogs\u00e5 venter\nInterForce-ambassad\u00f8rerne en stor opgave i at informere virksomhederne om\nReservestyrken og forsvaret generelt. <\/p>\n\n      <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<div class=\"block core-block core-block--paragraph\">\n      <div class=\"inner inner--small\">\n      \n<p>\u00bbDa jeg blev uddannet reserveofficer i\n1993, var der langt flere i reserven, end der er i dag. Vi \u2013 reserveofficerer \u2013\nvar alle steder. I dag er der n\u00e6sten intet reservepersonel tilbage. <\/p>\n\n      <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<div class=\"block core-block core-block--paragraph\">\n      <div class=\"inner inner--small\">\n      \n<p>\u00bbDer er derfor et begr\u00e6nset kendskab til\nreserven og forsvaret, n\u00e5r vi kommer ud i virksomhederne, og vi har en vigtig\nopgave i at oplyse om, hvad reservens opgaver helt grundl\u00e6ggende g\u00e5r ud p\u00e5.\nReserven er under opbygning lige nu, og der kommer et markant indtag senere,\nhvor man s\u00e5 kan sige: Ok, hvorfor skal jeg som virksomhedsleder v\u00e6lge at\nans\u00e6tte en soldat? Det skal vi som InterForce-ambassad\u00f8rer s\u00e5 hj\u00e6lpe med at\nvisualisere for virksomhederne.\u00ab<\/p>\n\n      <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<div class=\"block core-block core-block--paragraph\">\n      <div class=\"inner inner--small\">\n      \n<p>Hos Trolle Advokatfirma har Steen\nJ\u00f8rgensen netop ansat to advokatfuldm\u00e6gtige, der tilf\u00e6ldigvis ud over deres\n\u00f8vrige kvaliteter begge har en milit\u00e6r baggrund. <\/p>\n\n      <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<div class=\"block core-block core-block--paragraph\">\n      <div class=\"inner inner--small\">\n      \n<p>\u00bbN\u00e5r jeg skal\nans\u00e6tte personer, er det vigtigt, at de rette kompetencer er til stede hos\nmedarbejderne. Jeg har kendskab til den uddannelse, medarbejderne i forsvaret\nf\u00e5r, og derfor t\u00e6ller dette som et plus, n\u00e5r jeg skal bed\u00f8mme mulige ans\u00f8gere\ntil stillinger i min organisation. De \u00f8vrige uddannelsesm\u00e6ssige kvalifikationer\ner dog de vigtigste, men en uddannelse fra forsvaret kan virke som et rigtig\ngodt supplement i lighed med andre kvalifikationer,\u00ab siger Steen J\u00f8rgensen.<\/p>\n\n      <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<div class=\"block core-block core-block--paragraph\">\n      <div class=\"inner inner--small\">\n      \n<p>Det er derfor vigtigt, at potentielle\nans\u00f8gere husker at g\u00f8re opm\u00e6rksom p\u00e5 deres eventuelle uddannelsesm\u00e6ssige\nbaggrund i forsvaret, n\u00e5r jobans\u00f8gningen lander p\u00e5 Steen J\u00f8rgensens bord. <\/p>\n\n      <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<div class=\"block core-block core-block--paragraph\">\n      <div class=\"inner inner--small\">\n      \n<p>\u00bbFor hvad er det soldaten kan konkret? Han kan holde fokus p\u00e5 opgaven. Hvis en soldat f\u00e5r en opgave, s\u00e5 f\u00e5r han den l\u00f8st. De tager ansvar. De tager ejerskab til opgaven. Det er bare noget, soldater kan. L\u00e6g en plan, l\u00f8s opgaven.
