Det er HR-chef Morten Madsens centrale opgave hos Vald. Birn A\/S. P\u00e5 st\u00f8beriets mange produktionslinjer produceres 45.000 tons&nbsp;st\u00f8begods hvert \u00e5r. Det er et kr\u00e6vende&nbsp; arbejde, som kr\u00e6ver medarbejdere med de rette holdninger og evner&nbsp;til at h\u00e5ndtere daglige udfordringer.&nbsp; Her er der et oplagt lighedspunkt med de krav og vilk\u00e5r, som forsvarets medarbejdere&nbsp;skal&nbsp; fungere under. I InterForce Midtjylland var man sidste \u00e5r glade for at kunne&nbsp;overr\u00e6kke InterForce-skjoldet til&nbsp; Vald. Birn A\/S som en anerkendelse&nbsp;af virksomhedens engagement i og bidrag til arbejdet med at skabe forst\u00e5else for Forsvarets og Hjemmev\u00e6rnets virke; og is\u00e6r for at st\u00f8tte de reservister og hjemmev\u00e6rnsfrivillige, der b\u00e5de&nbsp;skal passe&nbsp;et civilt arbejde i virksomheder som Vald.
