Link up with fellow employees in uniform at your workplace. Build a network. Together, you are stronger.<\/p>\n\n      <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<div class=\"block core-block core-block--heading\">\n      <div class=\"inner inner--small\">\n      \n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5) Have the conversation with your manager!<\/h2>\n\n      <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<div class=\"block core-block core-block--paragraph\">\n      <div class=\"inner inner--small\">\n      \n<p>In recent years, there has been strong interest among the Kingdom\u2019s companies in supporting Defence and national preparedness. Volunteers and reservists are highly valued in companies because they are proactive and demonstrate strong commitment.<\/p>\n\n      <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<div class=\"block core-block core-block--paragraph\">\n      <div class=\"inner inner--small\">\n      \n<p>So go for it, and have the conversation with your manager about your service in uniform. <\/p>\n\n      <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<div class=\"block core-block core-block--paragraph\">\n      <div class=\"inner inner--small\">\n      \n<p>Explain the opportunities for becoming a member or supporting company, and mention that other companies in your industry have already joined. Highlight the skills you gain through service, which benefit the company.
