InterForce is happy to announce that Denmark will host the postponed ICESR 2021 in April 2022.
The International Conference on Employer Support of the Reserves (ICESR) is a biennial event that brings together Reserve Force component leaders, employers, government and non-government partners, and other stakeholders from around the globe. The purpose of the conference is to share information and experiences regarding methods of support by and for civilian employers of Reserve Force service members, and to explore future strategies for the development and use of Reserve Forces.\nICESR provides a valuable opportunity for allies and partners to share best practices and develop strategies that positively impact the military reservist\/employer relationship to increase readiness.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
